Great company to deal with. My recent issue with my system due to a power surge was handled so well by Rachael when I contacted One Power. She was so helpful & sorted the issue out over the phone so promptly. I appreciated all her assistance. Would recommend One Power.

If your ever going to deal with them and Louie is doing it make sure you get it in writing and have someone go over the paperwork especially if your got problems reading. Don't go on his word, he's a salesman!

Due to numerous power outages in my area my solar had stopped working.Thank you to the lovely operator who talked me through the process of restarting it. I will remember to check it the next time we have an outage.

Recommended by Amber Electric, installation was due 28th of January 2025, half the job done when they arrived no battery available with the panels, they could have provided an update before the date to ask “hi would you prefer to reschedule to an alternative date when we have a battery”, still not completed, no date with zero contact and professionalism.
