One Porch has been wonderful for me this past year. We had issues dealing with a difficult HOA and Shezila was a consummate professional. She is always ready to jump in and solve any situation that is within her control and does so in a timely manner. She is kind, considerate, and helpful and I am so thankful we had her as our property manager.
This is the most unprofessional property management that I have ever came across. ShezilaN. Is so rude and does not care about the well being of her tenants as far as allowing tenant to go days without a/c and front door not being able to close properly.
