Mold and water damages. Thousands of dollars worth of damages to my belongings. Maintenance keeps brushing me off leasing office ignores me when I try to get them to fix the issue. And another thing, I’ve been there A little over a year and they were supposed to have the amenities ready since February I was told. But there’s never anyone in there working barely did anything. I recently moved here and will write my review based on my experience from late June to now (about three months). I absolutely love the location and my apartment so far. They do events like pizza trucks on Wednesdays which is nice. I love the option of using the app for the air system and for opening the door. They have leak sensors which makes me feel better incase their is a flood. The people that I have met have been kind and I love how this community is so pet friendly. I would not recommend living at One Plantation Apartments. The management is unresponsive, and maintenance requests either take forever or are ignored completely. The property looks nice from the outside, but inside the apartments there are constant issues—plumbing problems, broken appliances, and pest concerns that never seem to get fully resolved. On top of that, the rent is extremely overpriced for the level of service and quality provided. Parking is another nightmare, and guest parking is practically nonexistent. Overal... read more

First and foremost, the location Is great. However, the management is Not concerned about the residence interest. After 5 years, a lot of the people I met here have moved because the new management is the worst yet. the Management office makes excuses repeatedly and literally gives the run around. MOLD!!!!!! I lived here over 2 years. So many complaints from neighbors about mold. Everyone moves out quickly because something is wrong with the HVAC system. Maintenance will just change your filter but the apartment managers just ignore people’s mold complaints.
