Matt worked with me and got his guys out as soon as I got things right with adt about finding Matt to help me. Adt was at no way able to help got the run around and Matt and his team came out and fixed the problem.
I am not sure what happened with the other customers who filled complaints, but I had nothing but a great experience with One Planet Solar. I retired here from California and I had called a couple other companies and they didn't want to come out and only relied on Google Earth which isn't accurate since I cut trees around my house. Matt spent probably 30 mins on the phone before sending two techs to do a thorough site analysis. He then put together a very detailed proposal with multiple sizes to choose from. First of all, Matt is NOTHING like the complaints on here! Yes, he runs a small operation so he might take longer than most to get back to you, but his crew does a great job! I clicked on one of those Facebook ads and got 2 other quotes and Matt’s price was way lower than the out of town folks. So far it’s worked great and we just had him add the battery backup after the multiple storms knocked our power out for 3 LONG days! Go local!

Thank you very much Mr. ****! I hired an office manager to help with communication but she just recently had a baby so I am back to responding to folks when I get off a roof. Most people understand that I keep my staff small so I can make it through slow times which is partly what has kept me in business for 17yrs when other solar companies closed and left their customers without someone to service their systems. Thanks again and please tell your wife I said hi!..??
