I read so many negative reviews and after using Constable for 2 years I don’t understand them. They have been 100% reliable. They set a schedule for weekly pick up and the holidays each year and other that once or twice when our road was impassable, they have never missed a day. They have also taken extra trash a number of times and are very consistent on the time of pick ups. I thank them for doing a difficult and thankless job, especially on days like today when it was -8 degrees.
Used the service for a couple of months then cancelled when I moved. It’s been 5 months now and they still have not given me my refund back.
Worker who serviced the Osage subdivision today (12/31/24) allowed my neighbors trash to blow all over the neighborhood as well as my driveway as I am backing out. He sat there and watched it, saw me watching him, then sped off in the trash truck.. Just lazy and a poor excuse of an employee who represents this establishment. Remember, people do PAY for this service… SMH!!!
It took me a few years to come across this amazing trash service. I truly appreciate the ladies in the office and the truck drivers that do the pickups are always so nice and friendly I'm so thankful I came across this company they truly care. It's hard to find good ppl and they have the best team out here
