This is such a fantastic pilates studio. Amanda is wonderful to work with and highly recommended! I did personal lessons with her and she is incredibly knowledgeable and tailored each class to my needs. She was able to see where my weaknesses were and was able to adjust the class accordingly. Even if you have never done pilates before, she will work with you safely and meet you at your skill level. As a physician, I would highly recommend her!
Several years ago I started receiving MAT treatments from Amie Kane-Lee , especially for my chronic Plantar Fasciitis. I had just had both of my knees replaced and had been through treatments from the foot doc, with custom orthotics, heel spur surgery, stretching boots worn to bed and ugly old lady shoes. As an active person with chronic back pain, I was in the search for a workout that would keep me fit and living pain free. Amanda helped establish a workout that was fun, challenging and really helped my pain by improving my core. The studio is clean with great equipment. I wish there were more than five stars I could give for this rating. One Pilates has been life changing for my back pain. I recommend them to everyone!

I'm very impressed with this studio. Everyone is friendly, the pricing is pretty good, and the location is great. The instructors are INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE. They know their stuff and have the degrees and certifications to prove it. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for an awesome education about their bodies.
