I think it's important to highlight the current state of the complex as it undergoes turnover in management and ownership. Reviewers laud the efforts of the previous community manager Jenn, whom I also strongly endorse, but her departure reveals unfortunate gaps in quality and responsiveness. Maintenance requests are not fulfilled in a timely manner, and there is little coordination between staff. Building is really nice, and amenities are great, but the best part about it is the property manager, Jenn Durate. She is so kind, energetic, works incredibly hard and is always responsive to every email/concern. She cares for every person in the building like family.
Jenn from leasing is awesome. The building is clean, has excellent amenities, is fairly priced and conveniently located close to Piedmont Avenue, which has everything you need. It is a short walk to the MacArthur BART station. We have loved it here so far!
Current resident and I could not be happier living here. This complex welcomes pets, is right On MacArthur and Piedmont, so the location is super convenient. Jenn Is an extremely responsive manager, and has solved any issue that I’ve had and quickly. The optional parking is a must As it can be difficult to park around this neighborhood otherwise.
