One Piedmont is a beautiful luxury building with great amenities. Their gym is top notch and their community room and rooftop are amazing. What really makes this apartment complex special is the manager Jenn who goes above board to make sure tenants needs are met. This is a great place to live and I’d enthusiastically recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and clean environment.
Love living here! Jenn the property manager is awesome, always on it, keeps the building secure, and puts in effort to build community for those who want it - she even threw a pizza and game night. She’ll go above and beyond to help if needed and really cares. I have been living at One Piedmont for a few months and it is a fantastic and convenient property with excellent amenities. The neighbors are pretty cool and I have totes enjoyed the community events like game night and the taco party as well as the Fourth of July barbecue. Jenn the building manager is so on it and is great at her job. She is truly an above and beyond kinda force here. It is pet friendly and very well kept up. And the neighborhood is so walkable and many great shops and restaurants. Great location.
Management sponsored a roof top 4th of July barbeque for our building. The food was the best ever. I enjoyed seeing everyone. I love living here. My apartment is ultra modern with vaulted ceilings and oversized windows to enjoy the views even more.
