Management sponsored a roof top 4th of July barbeque for our building. The food was the best ever. I enjoyed seeing everyone. I love living here. My apartment is ultra modern with vaulted ceilings and oversized windows to enjoy the views even more.
I've been living at One Piedmont for half a year now and I'm very satisfied with my experience. Everything is new and up to date, the building community is friendly and Jenn, the community manager, is extremely accessible and supportive. Not to mention it's one of the quieter buildings I've ever lived in. Highly recommend.
We were invited by friends to go to their independence Day rooftop barbecue. The view is breathtaking and then the other amenities are awesome too. They even have a pool table in the resident lounge. It was a lot of fun and then I look forward to the possibilities of living there in the future .
I’ve had a great experience living at One Piedmont Apartments. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent amenities like a fitness center, secure parking, and a beautiful rooftop space. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community feels safe and welcoming.
