These apartments and amenities are fabulous ! Close to great shops and culture! Jennifer gave me a tour and was super professional, friendly and knowledgeable! She helped me with all my questions, no problem. Jennifer is also the point person on throwing community events and, as a recreation professional, I hope to collaborate soon. The community room space is awesome and has great potential for some great events for the tenants!
Shout out to Kaitlin who was extremely helpful, and personal, and gave me a great tour of this gorgeous place, that has great communal spaces. Kaitlin took her time to answer all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. Since we moved in she has stayed in touch creating a very welcoming vibe.
This place was way better than I expected me and my husband were looking for a place and we're pleasantly suprised how amazing this place did not feel like oakland. It was like walking through a mini resort. Love all the amenities and I told my husband , I don't care if it's 45 min from work, we're gonna live there!! I just want a place when I go home it feels calming! Love this place!!!!!
I came in as a walk in and I was greeted by the manager Hanaya who was very nice, friendly and welcoming. She showed me around and I must say this Community is Top-Tier!. Spacious Floorplans, Great Amenities, Parking, Rooftop, AC, 24hrGym, great Neighborhood. I will definitely be telling everyone about this new apartment complex, it has everything!
Wow! This property is gorgeous. The management staff were so sweet and informative. There are nice parking accommodations, large square footage apartments available, and private storage units. Bonus: there are great options for food nearby!
