Worth the Wait! Finding an apartment in the Northwoods of WI is not easy, particularly if you have animals and no car. However, after several months of searching both in and out of the area, there was an opening at One Penny Place Senior Apartments located in Woodruff, WI. The whole experience with One Penny Place was exceptional! The property manager, Kim Domini, was friendly and helpful all through the process. I moved in a few months ago and what a blessing it is. My apartment was spotless when i arrived !!Kim, the property manager, is amazing!! She goes above and beyond to get the answer to any question asked. The inside and outside of the apartment complex is kept in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend filling out an application if you are looking for a conveniently located senior living apartment with friendly neighbors.
Nowhere on the website does it says it's a senior living facility! Make it known and stop wasting people's time!!
