The contractor building One Park (Juneau Construction) has little regard for the safety of its neighbors. They have closed off sidewalk access to the west side of Quay Cmns (for no apparent reason except to park their vehicles) forcing pedestrians to walk in the street. There is heavy foot traffic via this route as residents from Bayso, Ritz and Cordelia walk to the Bay Park next door. This is the only place I'd recommend for a truly "luxury condo" experience. This place has amazing amenities and thoughtful touches that will excite your lifestyle
