I loved living here! It was a beautiful and really nice sized space conveniently located close to everything! The landlord is super nice and helpful, always there to help anytime you text or call. The place was very clean and all of the neighbors were very friendly. I'm going to miss this place!
Lived here for 2 years - Great building, great landlords, super location. Right in the middle of town, within walking distance to SUNY Fredonia, local restaurants & nightlife, weekly farmer's market, and more. Building is clean, quiet, & well maintained. Landlords are always friendly, easy to get a hold of, quick to fix any issues that come up, answer questions, or just help with figuring out how things work. If I could have taken my apartment with me when I moved, I definitely would have :)
