I just love my place, the view and everything about it, facilities are amazing; Heated pool, rooftop, gym.. The staff too are courteous, valet service is a bonus. Ron is the new property manager who is doing a phenomenol job taking care of the needs of the residents.
Lived here for years. Summary: the staff and the view were the best parts of this building. The appliances and finishes are some of the best in the area. Some of the brokers and agents working in this building are amazing. The superintendent is incredible. Unfortunately, this is where the good ends. And it is all lipstick on a pig. If you didn't receive disclosure of where your security deposit has been held, and/or if you have not received annual interest disbursements or credits, you're entitled to have your entire deposit credited toward rent as per NJ law.
