The elevator is horrendous. Expect up to 15 minutes or more delay. Its extremely aggrivating
Be aware. Worst elevators in towns. The building doesn't care and does not upgrade or fix them. You can waste half of your life waiting for the elevator
Will be at the pool all summer long
1 elevator working for the past 4 months with no updates. I heard from others this issue happens all the time… The elevator building quality sucks, sounds like it’s about to fall. Takes avg of 10 minutes for one elevator. Also seen homeless people roaming randomly on various floors the first day I moved in.
The Rancho management is completely irrational. They are crazy about money. Be careful to avoid fines.
