This is was all physical therapy should be like. This is actual healing!! I’m so grateful I found One on One and Melissa. I have chronic pain and intense trigger points, scar tissue, and tension through my upper back, neck , and shoulders. Melissa is very professional, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. She made an uncomfortable situation very comfortable and easy to get through. Glad she was there when I needed her.
I love working with Melissa! She has truly been such a blessing for me. I cannot recommend her or her services enough! Each session with her has truly helped me be more comfortable and overcome a lot of my pelvic floor issues.
