Unfortunately I cannot leave 0 stars. While Bill seems friendly and competent, he ended up stealing $150 from my Dad, who is an elderly man living in an RV. He filed a claim from a broken recliner, amongst other items, over 6 months ago. He lives in an almost brand new RV under warranty. Bill took his money “for parts” and completely disappeared. This guy knows his stuff!
Bill is a very professional and knowledgeable repair technician. He was on time and quickly evaluated my needs. He did a Window installation for me. Made sure window frame was properly centered in the opening. Sealed properly with gasket and caulked after all was tight and op tested. Looked at a couple of other small jobs and let me know where to get materials. Definitely will call him again.
