I had my first physical therapy yesterday and from when I walked in until I left was so beautiful. Ms Cat at the desk was super professional and pleasant to speak to. Ms Madison wonderful job and made me comfortable talking to her and how she treated me with kindness and my therapy session was worth it.
The physical therapist are very respectful and kind with patients. By the third therapy session, I experienced increíble improvement. Also, the administrative staff is efficient and friendly
So far I’m extremely happy with the care I’m receiving
I had a torn rotator cuff two years ago and worked with Jag before and after the surgery...with great results ! They are well trained, personable, and enthusiastic. The facility is well equipped and beautiful. I am back now again for Calcific tendinitis in my hip and I am making steady progress...I highly recommend Jag on 116th st.
