I have had a positive experience at JAG, the staff is professional and my physical therapist is experience, knowledgeable and considerate of his clients.
Everyone has been helpful , answers my questions .
Terrible terrible terrible!!!! A. The staff are rude. The secretary doesn’t look at you when speaking to you, do not make you feel like they actually want you to come. B. The therapist I was assigned, Nick, although nice was totally clueless. Came in with chronic knee pain. He made me do some bs exercises without even touching my knee or checking to see where the actual pain is coming from. But I figured, I’m not a Physical therapist so I figured this was just an eval.
