I have noticed when it is very busy everyone is helping each other with the patients concerns. Each worker is very respectful and compassionate. You have a lot of young employees, they are very knowledgeable courteous which is a blessing. It’s a very happy environment, which is a nice feeling for myself . I look forward of going there every time because I know I’ll be well taken care from the office to the pt , ot staff. This is my second time receiving therapy at a JAG facility. I had such a good experience the first time (different location), that I was confident in choosing JAG this time around for another issue. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, extremely respectful and courteous, and has the patience to answer all my questions. I feel well taken care of here and trust that I am in good hands at JAG.
