They over billed my card and had the nerve to call me to say it could take 30 days to refund me. How is that possible. First off, one time I showed up for therapy and was charged and there was no therapist!!! Waste of time leaving my house and as I finish my therapy with them they double charged me!!! I did a dozen sessions with Jag, and while everyone's very friendly, the therapists (OT & PT) spend very little time with their patients, and gave me exercises that my new occupational therapist thinks are dangerous given my injury, like weighted wrist curls. If I could give a point of constructive feedback it'd be to make sure that patients are using the OT tools correctly, especially when they're assigned new exercises.
My experience at JAG was great! The Physical Therapist Alicia and the physical therapy team were very patient and gave great care. The physical therapy clinic location is next to Atlantic terminal, easy to get to. Highly recommend JAG PT!
I rated 3 because I’ve been to this location once before prior to this past Monday and have been assisted by multiple therapist and interns and really had no issues. BUT, 3 days after my surgery on my right pinky I started OT/CHT with Alicia Wong. She undressed my hand from the surgery wrap and took all my measurements and was pleased with what she registered.
