If I could give more stars, I would!! The staff was absolutely amazing. I had 24 weeks of PT after surgery and I’m glad I chose One on One. I don’t plan on having to attend PT again but if I do, I’ll definitely choose One on One again. A special thanks to Tristin for putting up with me for the majority of my sessions. I highly recommend One on One Mobility!!
Absolutely awesome place to have physical therapy! They are very explanatory about why certain exercises work for your problem! I highly recommend Kendall, Serena, and their other therapists. They are truly one on one, they give you their complete attention!
These folks really do work one one one with you. Other places put you on a machine, start you stepping up blocks, put an ice bag on you, then leave. I highly recommend these folks.
