I've never been a supplement guy but at 49 years old recovering after a tough squat day took a week. Decided to talk with John and try out some supplements to help out. He set me up with Humapro, some creatine (Creagyn) that doesn't mess with my gut and Recycle to help restore some of my natural testosterone. After 2 1/2 weeks of this concoction I've started a second squat day during the week. It's knocked 2 or 3 days off my recovery time! Thanks John!

Love LOVE Love this place! Best store by far to go to for my fitness essentials. John has a wealth of knowledge and is my go to guy for any questions. I’m always greeted with a smile and it’s more like visiting family than shopping. I’ve never had anything less than a great experience coming here, which is very hard to come by nowadays.
Definitely worth Five Stars. John is a great guy, and is very knowledgeable about everything that he sells. He can give prices on products that are far less than other stores, and carry's some products that I haven't seen in ages but really love! This is seriously the best Supplement Store that I have come across, and they sell a bunch of cool equipment as well. Highly recommend coming here.
