Just a note to say a big THANK YOU to both Body Solid and especially John Wise of the Mishawaka store for honoring the warranty on my 22-year-old power rack. I submitted a request to Body Solid and then called John personally after a couple days. I quickly received a full new cable set to replace my single broken cable. Excellent service!!
