Saturday was my first time in the store. Ray was extremely helpful in educating me on what I need to do to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle gain. I appreciated him listening to me about my fitness goals. He recommended three items in which I purchased. He was very knowledgeable. All I can say is that I left feeling motivated to upgrade my fitness journey!!!
