Everyone I worked with from Sam in Kalamazoo, to the installation guys from Indiana were very polite, helpful and professional! If you are ordering a machine with a weight stack I highly recommend having them install it in n your home. There was a miscommunication with the product order and they made it right. I am so glad I didn’t order a machine from Amazon, so many reviews talked about how difficult home gyms were to put together. Great experience and would use them again!

Knowledgeable group of people. They carry top of the line equipment, and supplies for fitness. They ordered me a spirit rower, and I have used it everyday since delivery.

Still a great place to get supplements, but they used to offer more deals. They used to have a pay it forward with little tags that were coupons. I haven't seen those in a while. But nice people.
