One on One offers a welcoming workout environment with plenty of equipment options and an amazing community where I truly feel I belong. This has been one of my best gym experiences in years, and I’m so glad it was recommended to me. I’d highly encourage anyone on their fitness journey to check it out!
Love this gym. 2701 4A Coombs. Has everything you need. It’s perfect. I like the no frills as it’s a gym not a night club. Great trainers-all very experienced and friendly.Mike -new owner is working on adding even more equipment and rebrand soon. He is so kind and happy. Gotta love One on One Fitness in Coombs, BC. They have truly personable and knowledgeable staff. These are real people that listen, understand and know just how to help you reach your goal. I have been working out there for a couple of months now, and love all the trainers!
