When our computers are down our business is in trouble. We use the computer to schedule our crews and to take payments. If I have a problem, all I need to do is call Joe and he comes to my office and gets me up and running. If you are a business owner you want to be sure to have 1-on-1 on speed dial of your phone.
One On One Computers has been our on-site computer service company for all of 2009. We could not be more pleased, not only in terms of problem-solving abilities, but also the prompt, courteous service. We also use a service of theirs to backup all our computers off-site so our data is completely safe. I never have to worry about losing anything, no matter what happens.
