Andre the security guard is wonderful and so helpful, especially for me being a small woman owned business. He’s very welcoming and kind to my clients and always ensures I feel safe when I’m working late. The office spaces are beautiful and the people renting spaces are all pleasant.
Great office space in a very professional building. The office itself is clean, well maintained, and provides a great professional environment for meeting with clients. Parking is super convenient with the attached garage, which makes coming and going easy. The location is also excellent with plenty of restaurants and places nearby, which is great during the workday. Overall it’s been a great place to have an office.
I have been a part of One Office since January 2025. It has been a great office environment and the office manager, Lauren Maria goes the extra mile to make sure we all taken care of here.

I have been here almost 2 years and this is the best office I have worked in. Even though we are separate entities the camaraderie makes it like the name says "One Office." The office manager Shawntaye, really takes care of and looks out for all of us, and greets everyone with a smile. She keeps the office space pristine and manages every delivery for each of us.
