Kreig is an outstanding practitioner with a great personality. He is the best therapist for PNF stretching. He identified a possible cause of an issue that no one brought forward for decades, and my body is seeing a lot of improvement after working with him only twice. I can highly recommend Kreig, especially for tough injury/ rehab cases. His commitment to his clients is highly commendable and he is worth every penny. He will take you to the next level.
Kreig is an amazing trainer, extremely intelligent, knows how to modify any exercise at the blink of an eye to accommodate for any injury and guides you to the results you want. I have to give a big thumbs up to my agency, Elite, for setting things up with Kreig. I've also seen Abbe for energy healing for my knees and migraines and for guided meditation. She is absolutely wonderful.
