I had 1 bedroom needing to be shampooed upon moving out of my unit. I called to get an estimate 1 week prior & was able to book for the following week. I spoke with David throughout the process & he explained his process to me. The morning of the job he came out, showed up on time, was pleasant & exceeded my expectations by the work he did. I called one day to request my carpet cleaning service, and he was able to come the next day at his earliest convenience. I’m extremely pleased with the service. My carpet is spotless and smells fantastic! I’ve found a reliable source for excellent carpet cleaning services, and he didn’t take long to complete the cleaning of a large bedroom. David is a craftsman and a gentleman! He was the only one of many companies I called that had availability on short notice to clean a couch I was buying. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and was very gracious when he found out the couch he came to clean wasn't even there yet! (My movers were delayed).
