Amazing place to live in and has the perfect location - The building is well-kept, and the management does an excellent job of keeping everything in great condition. Recent upgrades have made it even better, with a new sauna and gym equipment. The facilities are consistently clean - Definitely a place that feels like home.
I have lived at OneOak for over 5 years, and been very happy with my experience, facilities are great and location. The new Managment has been fantastic ! Thank you David and the team at OneOak.
I've lived here since 2017 and absolutely love it. The building is very well maintained, has excellent facilities and the apartments are great. Everyone is really friendly and the building manager is really good. One of the best places to live in Newstead!
I have now lived at One Oak on 2 separate occasions in 2 different apartments. One Oak is a fantastic apartment block, with great facilities (pool, gym etc.) and is in a perfect location with everything within Newstead and the Valley all within walking distance. The One Oak team and especially Alex have been marvellous to deal with. Alex is so friendly whilst also being very efficient, helpful, responsive and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending One Oak to anyone looking to live in Newstead.
Lived here for 1.5 years and found it really conveneint to everything the area has to offer. The two bedroom apartments are generously sized as well, which was great! The building was always clean and really well maintained and the building manager (Alex) was always really nice, helpful, and responsive whenever we needed her help with anything.
