The Nastiest Woman in Dry Cleaning – The Russian woman who owns this dry cleaners is an absolute nightmare. She is rude, short tempered, and unappreciative of her customers. I walked in during business hours while she was on a personal phone call and she was so rude to me. then she started fighting with her husband who also works there. Exellent prices & good service one day – Best service family business
Great Service! Great Prices...I left happy – I have been looking for a dry cleaner in the downtown Manhattan area with reasonable prices but more importantly good customer service. I came across 1 NY Plaza Cleaners on the concourse level of 1 NY Plaza...needless to say I left VERY satisfied. They had this great annual sale going on...my clothes were perfectly dry cleaned and they even managed to remove a terrible stain I thought would destroy a skirt. Shirts Are Crushed...they don't care – I have been bringing my shirts to this place, because it is close to work, but the quality stinks. They take care of stains OK, but the collars are crushed every single time. I've made certain to get my shirts the next day when they arrive, but the dry cleaners they use must not care, because the collars always look smashed together and terrible.
