I love living at One Norman Square. I have been here for 2 years and plan to stay for years to come. My apartment is charming and that is the plus of this complex, the landscaping is exceptional, it looks like a gracious plantation. The management is outstanding, as is the maintenance staff. I have lived in several other complexes here and in the north east and this is by far the best.
This complex is the worst and don't let them fool you with the "great new management company" that bought the buildings. My roommate and I had nothing but issues with our apartment from day one! My roommate and I moved to One Norman in January. Worst mistake ever! When we moved in everything was broken and you could clearly tell they did not inspect, paint, or clean the place. The oven didn't work, the fridge ran constantly and would freeze food even on the lowest setting, sinks/drains were clogged, dishwasher was clogged, g... read more
I thought this place looked great and the staff was great until I moved in. Stolen bikes and scooters from our kids, neighbors that won't turn down their music, and even 3 months into our lease....we STILL don't have all of our doors. Dishwasher is still broken, and what doors we do have, are either missing hinges or not the right size. SAY NO!!!!
One Norman Square is a beautiful apartment complex, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable, good price for cornelius. Only complaint is the "24-hour fitness center" is not up to par. Machines are old and almost un-useable.
