Great neighborhood! Building has it's issues. Some of the staff have been there for years and very professional and helpful. But after a short period of time that stop. My neighbors were great once I got to no them. Just make sure you have someone from the outside to help you.

The building looks clean from the outside, but unfortunately, the management is a different story. We’ve had mice THREE separate times, and the problem still hasn’t been resolved. A neighbor told me they’ve had mice too, and a staff member mentioned there are many near the basement garbage area. Three times is not an isolated incident. Is management actually going to address this problem?

The HOA is outrageous. I lived in a 2 bedroom with an initial HOA of $1700 a month and when I sold it 4 years later it was around $2000. It was actually a great apartment with a nice layout and natural light. Some of the staff that have been there for years are very professional and helpful, but the majority are not and still expect to be tipped.
