The HOA is outrageous. I lived in a 2 bedroom with an initial HOA of $1700 a month and when I sold it 4 years later it was around $2000. It was actually a great apartment with a nice layout and natural light. Some of the staff that have been there for years are very professional and helpful, but the majority are not and still expect to be tipped. I went to one of the businesses on the 1st floor. One of the people who worked there was very helpful. He let me know where I could park and pointed me in the direction of where to go. The business itself which was Silkcocoon Beauty Bar located in suite 126 was lovely. The aesthetician, Jae gave me a facial which was wonderful. Definitely will be going back.
