I have been dealing with shin splints leading up to several big races and this is the most relief I have been able to feel since seeking out help through physical therapy, massage therapy, and cold heat therapy. I was finally able to walk up the stairs and down the stairs without feeling the pain I was dealing with. He gave me some good exercises to work on where I could tell they were targeting the right areas. My only wish is that John worked in Tennessee where I live.

Can’t say enough about how great Dave is. Thought I needed surgery and after just one visit my pain is very minimal and my mobility is greatly improved!!! He’s the best!
I had Achilles issues and my doctor said I would be out for months for football. And then I came to OneNine and I’m back on the field in less than 3 weeks thanks to Jaclyn Astrove. If you come here I would highly recommend her if you want a fast recovery.
