I'm leaving this review as a contractor. These guys are super easy to work with. Julie was able to coordinate traffic control perfectly to make sure we could finish everything on schedule. They had us clean the interior parking garage so they don't mind spending money on their tenants!
Lived here for a bit. Usually pretty quiet, generally safe area. The other review about the woman who yells at you for walking your dog around the premises is accurate. That woman does more harm than good and she still lived there when I did. Her role is interesting but I believe she is the building manager or tries to be. Not sure how she was selected to manage the day to day of the property but she’s super prickly and unkind. Close to downtown and the U.
I can’t say I have had the pleasure to live here, and I’ve always thought this looked like a lovely place to live. However if kind, friendly, or altogether not monstrous neighbors are important to you, I’d skip it. For some reason the people living here take great joy in verbally abusing dog walkers. I’m not sure what damage is done by my dog sniffing a flower bed, but evidently all sniffing is forbidden and will result in being scolded and chased off by a middle aged woman.
Clean and nice. I like the layout to.
