The guys who delivered my furniture were careless and assembled the frame in a rush. When the frame was put together, I pointed out the scratch to the left of the headboard and was told that "that's how it comes." I won't disagree with the saleswoman for calling me picky, but who wants to pay a few hundred dollars for something blemished before it arrives, and then feel disrespected when problems are presented? Needless to say, I had a terrible experience with them and would not recommend this place to anyone.
