My daughter had her assessment completed approximately two months ago and the results were verbalized in an in person meeting. However as of today, we still don't have the finalized report. I've emailed three times and nothing. They keep saying "It's coming soon". The company has been paid by my insurance and our out of pocket co-pay, yet they have not provided us with anything in writing. Absolutely unacceptable.

My son had to miss his appointment because his service dog of 8 years died. In our grief we decided to take a family trip at the last minute. My son called and explained the circumstances. They received the message because they called back to confirm. They still charged us a $150 cancellation fee because we cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment. They insisted on charging $150 despite the extraordinary circumstances. It seems they have no understanding and are money hungry.
