This is the best trainer I have come across. I not only work with him for strength and conditioning in his group classes but also I am a private student to WCS under Jason. WCS has really helped my Aikido improve and the rooting and mediation we practice in WCS has really helped my back feel a lot better. I love training under One Nature.
