I came in with a sprained muscle in my arm, it took them about 5 minutes before the problem was fixed, absolute professionals, also will mention the owner made me feel like an old friend.
Alexis is simply amazing. She is a safe space, deeply caring and incredibly knowledgeable about her practice. She tailors each session to meet the specific needs I have bringing a personalized approach that I haven’t seen at any other practice. Her skills are diverse and have helped me feel more connected to myself while fixing trouble tension spots with massage, stretches and acupuncture. Thank you!
I found Alexis very unprofessional. Alexis is not collaborative or caring. My therapist recommended me to her for a massage and Alexis decided not to give me one. Instead she decided to practise her amateur therapy on me. She was unable to answer my questions regarding her process but instead referred me to a trauma helpline. Big thank you to Alexis at One Natural Therapies for her expertise in remedial massage. I woke up with an extremely painful and stiff neck this morning. Thankfully, Alexis was working at Graceville Medical today and was able to fit me in for a remedial massage. Alexis was able to identify and target the problem tension points and provide immediate relief through massage and dry needling. I definitely recommend One Natural Therapies.
Can’t recommend highly enough! Had a massage with Alexis that left me feeling so much taller and like I was walking on a cloud. Her approach was gentle yet effective and she made me feel comfortable from the start.
