I reached out to Jon in attempt to get a mortgage. I sent him all the paperwork he requested and after a couple of weeks of no contact I attempted to reach him for an update. I was never able to reach him and never heard from him. A year later I tried again. Again, I sent the paperwork to him and never heard from him. I reached out via email and phone to no avail. Don't waste your time.
