Best noodles I’ve had in Denver!
it’s decent. Not as good as i was expecting on the food end (my beef noodle soup meter is a bit high after eating in taiwan). I’d try it again but it was just okay. Like on a Denver scale, pretty good, but otherwise okay. The boba on the other hand is pretty good! I would recommend the boba.
I did not intent to eat the entire dish in the parking lot, but once I started eating, I couldn't stop. Highly recommend the szechuan sauce
Delicious, authentic hand pulled noodles that are made daily. Inside of volcano tea house, don’t be discouraged if you don’t see the sign - this is a hidden gem not worth missing. Jessamine was so kind and hospitable - loved to chat with me about all the places we have both lived across continents. I had the beef shank with hand pulled noodles - it reminded me of noodles I had while living in China. The shaved noodles are also made by hand daily. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy more items on their menu.
We inhaled our food so quickly that I didn’t even have a chance to take photos. We ordered a fried pork chop noodle, brisket noodle soup, and pork rib noodle soup. Everything was fantastic! The soup was beefy and flavorful without unnecessary spices and our kids absolutely loved the fried pork chops. Will be back!
