Nice place, very good and welcoming service.
The doctor is fantastic, the staff is beyond rude. Some female called me yesterday and claimed to be from One Medical. She refused to identify herself or state why she was calling and kept demanding I identify myself, textbook scam call. I had already confirmed my appointment electronically but this girl cancelled it after I finally warned her I would hang up unless she provided her name and reason for call since she initiated contact. Dr. Paola is excellent. She has a lot of knowledge as a professional. Also, Dr. Paola is a very kind person.
Very professional, got my appointment in timely manner. Through Dr. with up to date information, my new prescription was ready for pick up before I left the office. Got a detailed report of my entire visit the next day. Best Dr. visit this year. Able to handle everything on their app. No lost time stuck on waiting line .
