Really was unsatisfied with my visit with the on-site lab on Friday 4/18. I was very surprised to see the person that I normally see at the front desk in the lab drawing blood. He was unable to draw blood from me after 3 try’s in 3 areas, such an inconvenience. I just miss the young lady that used to be in there and had no problem drawing blood from my hands because I was a difficult draw from the arms.
Dr Paola Batista is thorough with exams and personalized care. They have onsite for blood draws an EKG if needed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also will validate parking for Woodlands location.
Dr. Batista is great. She’s very knowledgeable, kind and always very attentive. I appreciate that she takes as much time as needed and asks important questions. Also, the staff is friendly and always helpful. I never have to wait longer than five minutes for anything.
The best experience I've had going to the doctor. Everyone was super friendly and everything was super clear ($)
