Typical Amazon: excellent logistics, poor human customer service. Our one year-old baby is sick. I called beforehand to ask if they see babies. The customer service rep affirmed they do but when we showed up, their pediatrician was not available and, contrary to what the rep said, the nurse who was present could not even speak with us. Waste of time. Found another urgent care a half mile away.
I highly recommend Dr Hamid Delavar. He listens with interest and concern. All while being very professional and he gained my confidence. I am very happy with choosing him to be be my PCP
Great facility, team, and doctor. I’ve come a few times for normal care and checkups and everyone has been great to me. Very fast and efficient. Dr. Delavar is absolutely great. His bedside manner is amazing and he is so knowledgeable and kind. I’ve had questions about some muscle and joint pain and he was very helpful and gentle when doing the exams. He took me in quickly, answered all of my questions, and made me not so anxious about coming to the doctor. Happy to have found a great doctor and clinic.
This rating is because I tried to enroll by calling the published Woodland Hills office number but got routed to a call center that was so noisy I could barely hear what the rep was saying. I asked some basic questions about my insurance eligibility, which she could not answer but just kept telling me to call my insurance providers.
