They don’t appear to be patient oriented other than to treat the immediate symptoms. I have a terminal condition that I’m still trying to figure out what’s normal about it and it doesn’t appear that they really cared, she immediately switched my cholesterol medication from what I was currently taking I believe because it requires additional paperwork yet I was already taking it and approved. Because of the distance between where I live and your office I have decided to go to one of the Piedmont walk in clinics that have just opened up in my area. I do however have one complaint. Dr Grossman needs to not worry so much about the possible side effects of a medicine like meloxicam, a medicine that has been the only thing that has brought releaf from the pain of my arthritis and think about the quality of life the patient will have without it.
Everyone was very courteous and Dr Grossman and the medical staffs are very knowledgeable.
