Normally love One Medical but they recently fallen down on the job twice now. Refill requests are, per their site, handled in 2-3 business days. After a week passed, nothing was done and this is after the pharmacy had already made the request, so mine was the second then third request. The second time was that the labs ordered were not pushed out. One medical lab didn’t have it and neither did the outside lab so, when I went to One Medical for my labs it was a wasted trip.
absolutely love the service, the staff and literally everything about this at OneMed!!!!
I love this primary care model. Wonderful staff and doctors, technicians and PA’s. Was in for lab work.
