Michele Benrath is a fantastic care provider and a fantastic person. I give her the highest praise possible.
Normally love One Medical but they recently fallen down on the job twice now. Refill requests are, per their site, handled in 2-3 business days. After a week passed, nothing was done and this is after the pharmacy had already made the request, so mine was the second then third request. The second time was that the labs ordered were not pushed out. One medical lab didn’t have it and neither did the outside lab so, when I went to One Medical for my labs it was a wasted trip.
