This One Medical location and the overall service has no care for customer service and blatantly falsely advertises to clients. Be careful going because you might end up with a massive bill sent to collections just like me. I do not want to go into tons of detail here but back in 2025 I saw an advertisement for a $49 doctor's appointments with a $99 subscription to the service. I really love my NP here. Minus a star (probably should be two) for lack of billing transparency. Apparently the entire Boston One Medical network bills under Mass General Brigham Community (NPI 1265094122). So even through One Medical is supposedly in network for my insurance, all Boston offices are out of network when you get down to the actual billing. Be sure to call your insurance to check before you get a $550 out of network bill for a 20 min PCP appointment!
