CARS CONSTANTLY IMPROPERLY DOUBLE PARK/DROP OFF ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET INFRONT OF THE BUILDING. ALSO TREATING THE STREET AS A PARKING LOT AS THEY WAIT FOR THEIR PICKUOS. CAUSEING MAJOR TRAFFIC JAMS & HAZZARDOUS STREET CONDITIONS. THE STREET IS ALREADY TIGHT AS IT IS. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS AS THEY HAVE A PARKING LOT THAT IS GATED AND ASSUMING EVERYONE IS AVOIDING THE PAID LOT. The only star is for the upkeep and well maintained building. The parking side accessible doors do not work and are heavy to pull manually. I had a stroller ans struggled to get in inside. Had to wait for about an hour for the appointment and saw many with accessibility needs, strollers, wheelchairs struggle to enter the building through the parking lot doors. There is no signage to guide people. Unfortunate and Not what's expected from a medical center!
Dr. Wallace is an amazing doctor who truly cares about your health and well-being, I’ve been her patient for 10 years now and I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor. The receptionists are also kind and you can truly tell that everything at this clinic is optimized for the best patient experience.

The receptionist with a Persian accent is UNBELEIVABLY RUDE, ARROGANT, NON HELPFUL AND VERBALLY ABUSIVE and needs to GET FIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. nOT UJUST WITH ME BUT i OBSERVED WITH EVERYONE SHE SHOUTED ON THEM EVEN ON SENIOR CITIZENS FOR THEIR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS, DONT K NOW WHY THE CLINIC IS STILL HAVING SUCH A HORRIBLE PERSON WITH ZERO SKILLS AND AN OUTRIGHT ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR WITH PATIENTS.
