I joined when this clinic was built within walking distance of my home out of convenience, and I've remained for some years because of the friendly, helpful staff, and the responsiveness to my queries on their portal. Stefan is fantastic as an office manager and I wouldn't trade him for the world!
I cannot say enough fantastic things about OneMedical, the app, or Emory Medical Center, or Dr. Amy Wu. I never, ever, ever feel like just a number or an irritant to the doc or their staff, and I certainly never feel neglected nor ignored. My questions and concerns are always addressed immediately, and I always feel like I am taken seriously. Excellent facility. They offer a variety of appointments including zoom that is super convenient. The app allows u to request prescriptions and refills. No waiting in the lobby. Excellent dr’s. One medical is the way to go.
I really appreciate being connected with OneMedical... it makes my medical treatment process so much easier ...
