I was very unimpressed with this doctor, who is part of the clinical leadership team at One Medical. She seems like a much better fit as a pediatrician and was not able to offer an adequate clinical experience to an adult.
The best experience I’ve had with a PCP in a long time. Super friendly and understanding. I could tell she cared about my concerns and took the necessary steps to make me feel comfortable and listened too, as well as on my way to being healthier. I recommend seeing Dr. Lue-Lai if you are in need of a new doctor. Extra bonus she is LGBTQ+ friendly.

Jessica is my favorite One Medical provider, and has always given me nothing but top notch care. She is a phenomenal PCP, and usually responds to messages within just a few hours. Appointments are always available that meet my schedule, they start on time, and I never feel rushed. Some people are sceptical of One Medical's membership model, but I assure you it is a great investment for access to 24/7 nationwide care. She was great - thorough and responsive to needs/questions. She’s also been quick on follow up when I message through the app. Yes, it’s tough that OneMedical charges a yearly fee but in my opinion it’s very worth it.
