i am always treated well and courteously, I great prompt answers to health questions, a great annual physical and referrals to excellent specialists as needed. My primary physician is available as needed and is experienced and knowledgeable as any primary physician I have ever had. And this is far less costly than a concierge practitioner. I use Dr Dana Buxser, one of the best practitioners I have ever worked with.
Extremely long wait times despite very few patients ahead. Staff offered little assistance, and the overall experience was frustrating, it felt unreasonable to wait nearly an hour just for lab work.
I would give zero stars if possible. OneMedical used to be great. No more. Now it’s Amazon prime Medical and it is just awful. I canceled my membership of 7 years ans went elsewhere because of an incompetent provider and poor communication. Do not waste your time or money.
Dr Jayaraman has been my primary physician for years. I couldn't be happier with her care and compressive knowledge.
Always ask for Tara and Shaniya at Dupont Circle.
