Great experience. Being a provider I have high standards and high expectations for those that take care of my family. Dr. Jones exceeded my expectations and the phlebotomist Freddie went above and beyond to make my son comfortable while he drew his blood. If you were on the fence about One Medical just because it happens to be owned by Amazon have no fear. This was a great experience and I hope that they continue to follow the One Medical model because it truly is a revolutionary experience for healthcare.
