The office are absolutely terrible when trying to get straight answer. Biking department one of the worst I have ever encountered! 0/10
Terrible service here! Avoid at all costs
Terrible experience here. Billing department are awful to work with and will not speak with insurance directly. I was told I would not be charged for vaccines and they charged. I ended up having to call my insurance and then conference them in - an absolute waste of time. Better providers out there!

What a bait and switch. Booked a visit with my Anthem insurance only to be told when I show up for the visit that they don’t accept Anthem and it would be $200+ for a visit. You have systems for a reason. You should do your patients a service to let them know before the day of appointment that they don’t accept insurance.
