I reached out for several things and both the video phone and on line messaging was great.
Since Amazon bought this company the service has tanked. I've been trying to log into my account for two days and in an endless loop of things not working. Spent two hours today trying to reach someone on the phone and the calls just drop with no one picking up. The doctors and people working here are wonderful but their systems have gotten so bad I am thinking of cancelling after my whole family being patients for the past six years.
The office are absolutely terrible when trying to get straight answer. Biking department one of the worst I have ever encountered! 0/10
