Great experience! Doctor is great, facility is clean and bright. The appointment was right on time, almost no wait. Everything was so fast and efficient.
No waiting as usual, and all went smoothly as anticipated.
Easy front desk experience and Paul is terrific, making blood draws not stressful.
I really appreciate that I never wait very long (looking at you UCLA medical) and that I get the undivided attention of the doctor for the full appointment. Dr Radparvar is great, she’s very empathetic and takes the time to fully explain things. She is also really proactive, anticipating age-related issues that I hadnt even considered. Paul the phlebotomist is absolutely amazing! I never thought I would say that about any phlebotomist, I’m a total chicken around needles, but he does it in a way that is so smooth, so painless... read more
